Since establishing in 2006, Always H.E.A.R. Hearing Center remains a leading source of the very latest in hearing aid technologies. Simply put, we are here to help people struggling with the frustration that accompanies hearing loss. Our staff aims to educate our patients about their hearing loss and help them implement a plan of corrective action. At Always H.E.A.R. Hearing Center, we perform a comprehensive diagnosis of your hearing. In addition, we fit and repair hearing aids at each of our convenient locations.

Kevin Brewster

Hearing Aid Specialist
Since arriving in Bloomington back in 2006, Kevin remains grateful for the people he meets and helps every day at our facility. “It’s all about helping people,” says Kevin, who brings 16 years of experience in the hearing aid industry. Equally important, Kevin believes in dependable customer care and providing high quality products to all of our patients.

Deanna Ginder-West

M.S. CCA Audiologist
Deanna is an ASHA-certified, state-licensed audiologist who earned her master’s degree from Illinois State University in 1995. Furthermore, she’s been a practicing audiologist for over 20 years. Deanna considers her own experience with hearing loss is among her strongest assets. In particular, it helps her empathize with our patients and truly understand what they’re going through.

Mary Kay Brewster

Office Manager and Director of Marketing
Mary Kay recognizes that the choice our customers make regarding their hearing health is not always an easy one. From initial appointment to final fitting, Mary Kay begins the journey to better hearing by assisting customers with scheduling. Also, she is there to guide customers through the many financing options we make available. As Director of Marketing, Mary Kay developed our Wholesale Battery Club and Discount Hearing Aid Repair. Both are popular options that help ease the costs of care for our customers. Certainly, Mary Kay's expertise continues to help our customers improve their hearing and quality of life.
